The books are in the system. The close is still in Excel.
Bank CSVs, card PDFs, workpapers, last month’s accrual schedule — you already own this pile. Month-end still means matching it by hand before the calendar runs out.
After we name the pain, we sit 1:1 on your desktop. Claude Desktop and Claude Cowork run against your files so the close takes less of your week.
the pile you already own
Bank and card rec
CSV from the bank, PDF from the card, GL in the accounting system. You match them in Excel every month.
1:1 on that rec
We sit with your files and use Claude Cowork to match bank and card activity against the GL. Not a product SKU — one session on this pain.
Excel workpapers
The tie-out lives in Excel. The books live in the accounting system. You copy, paste, and hope the totals still agree.
1:1 on the tie-out
We work the workpapers on your desktop so Cowork reads both sides and flags the drift. Your files, not a template curriculum.
Unmatched pile
Unmatched and uncategorized transactions sit in a holding account until you have an evening to code them.
1:1 on the uncoded pile
We take one real batch from your system and teach Cowork how you code it. Next month the same 1:1 shape, on your rules.
Accrual schedules
Prepaid, deferred, and accrual schedules get rebuilt from last month’s workbook — same formulas, new dates, same risk of a stale row.
1:1 on the schedule
We take last month’s workbook and your current trial balance and set Cowork to roll the schedule forward on your desktop.
Close-calendar crunch
The close calendar does not move. The rec, the workpapers, and the uncoded pile all land in the same three days.
1:1 on the crunch
We pick the one bottleneck that blows the calendar and configure Cowork against that pain — one problem per session.
sessions
Session 1

A 1:1 Claude Cowork capability demo on a month-end problem you already have. No paywall. Bring the files. Not a cohort, not a webinar.
Session 2
$100 / 60 min
Configure Claude Cowork on your desktop against one specific problem — the rec, the workpapers, the uncoded pile, or the schedule.
Later sessions
$100 / 60 min
Same 1:1 shape. Next problem on your close. Still $100 / 60 min. Not a course. Not a license.
how it works
One accountant. One desktop. One problem.
- Book the free 1:1 demo
- You pick a slot. No cohort. No group webinar. No generic curriculum as the offer — we work your files.
- Show the pain on your desktop
- You share the actual pile: bank CSV, card PDF, Excel workpapers, GL export. The symptom is on screen before we name a tool.
- Watch Claude Cowork on your files
- Claude Desktop and Claude Cowork run against that pile — reconcile the files with the accounting system, on your desktop, in the session.
- Session 2 configures it
- We install and configure Cowork on your machine against that one problem. $100 / 60 min. Later sessions, same price, next problem.
the question you are already asking
“Can’t I just paste the CSV into ChatGPT — or take a course, hire a junior, work the overtime?”
You can. Plenty of people do. ChatGPT will take a paste. A generic AI course will show you prompts. A junior will take the pile. Overtime will close the month. I am not going to pretend those are imaginary.
- ChatGPT paste. A paste is a one-shot. Next month the CSV is new, the GL moved, and you paste again. Cowork on your desktop runs against the files you already keep.
- Generic AI course. A curriculum is not your chart of accounts. A webinar cannot open your workpapers. This is 1:1 on your desktop, not a cohort.
- Hire a junior. A junior still codes the pile by hand. The bottleneck is the matching, not a missing seat.
- More overtime. Overtime closes this month. It does not shrink next month. The session is less of that work, not a longer close.
Book the free 1:1 demo. Bring one file. See whether Cowork on your desktop beats the paste, the course, the junior, and the overtime.
about
Konstantin. 1:1 on your month-end files.
I am Konstantin. Software engineer in Toronto. Twenty years shipping production systems — data-center hardware first, then cloud infrastructure, then the software running on both. I now sit 1:1 with accountants on the month-end files they already keep.
I do not sell a Claude license, an Anthropic seat, or a MonthEndAI app. Claude Desktop and Claude Cowork are the tools we use on your desktop. The paid thing is the 1:1 session.
