- Book the free 1:1 session. In it we run Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work in real time on our demo set — a real ERP system and a real email flow, from a bank rec down to a quick lookup — so you see the kinds of workflows it automates.
- Identify your manual bottleneck
- Then it is your turn — in words, not files. Describe the workflow: the bank rec, the tie-out, the uncategorized transactions. A hypothetical example is fine; your data stays with you.
- We model the workflow automation
- Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work then works that multi-step workflow in the session — in Claude Desktop or the ChatGPT desktop app, on our demo set.
- Session 2: you automate the workflow on your computer
- You set up the tool you pick — with us guiding you — so the automated routine runs on your computer for that one problem. $95/hour. Later sessions, same price, next problem.

Session 2

You set up the tool you pick — Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work — on your computer, with us guiding you, to automate one specific workflow: the bank reconciliation, the Excel schedules, the uncategorized transactions, or the accrual schedule.
Later sessions
$95/hour
Same 1:1 format, next workflow on your close. Still $95/hour. Not a course. Not a license.
the question you are already asking
“Can’t I just paste the bank statement into a chat box — or take a course, hire a junior, work the overtime?”
You can. Plenty of people do. A chat box will take a paste. A course will show you prompts. A junior will take the work. Overtime will close the month. I am not going to pretend those are imaginary.
